Do you do work in-house?

Our in-house construction company is staffed with a team of seasoned carpenters, ready to facilitate a variety of services, either by-the-hour or for a specific project. Check our services page for more details.

Do you use subcontractors?

We carefully choose general and specialty subcontractors, including plumbers, electricians, and engineers. We are always looking for new expert partners. If you are interested in joining the Spruce Box team, click to learn more.

Can you estimate lead times?

Lead times depend on the size of your project, the availability of our team and quality subcontractors, and the nature of your timeline.

Do you charge for estimates?

We do not typically charge for estimates, so don’t hesitate to contact us with your idea. The exception is if you need an estimate for the purposes of a transaction that does not require Spruce Box services.

Do you need to visit our house?

While a visit is helpful, it’s not strictly necessary. If you can provide us with detailed information, we might not have to visit before providing an estimate. Helpful details include pictures, drawings, measurements, scope of work, and a materials list. We also offer services by the hour and by the item, so please check our services page for details.

Do you sell material?

We sell material for local delivery and pick up. We also have a materials showroom, so you can examine products before purchasing.

Do you service Canada?

Unfortunately we do not currently service Canada. We hope to extend services to our northern neighbors soon, so please subscribe to our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know!
